About 2 years ago, I went to Dr. Parham for a dental implant. Through a series of events, including a second surgery and multiple design flaws with several crowns, the process took much longer than either Dr. Parham or I had envisioned. It is important to note that NONE OF THE PROBLEMS WERE THE FAULT OF DR. PARHAM’S ACTIONS. On the contrary, the fact that he diligently pursued a satisfactory solution over the course of the two years attests to his high level of professionalism. His efforts included a personal trip to the lab with one of the failed crowns in hand and a meeting with the lab technician to come up with a crown design that would work for my specific case. His commitment to me as a patient was exemplary. Throughout the entire process, he and his staff were pleasant and caring. He also took care to ensure that I was informed and educated about each step in the process. I am thankful for his caring tenacity and grateful that his practice is in the Dalton community.
